God his not even …
God his not even that fit guys! His annoying to listen to. His making things sound complex but seriously.. it just comes down to working out hard, avoid bad foods and drinks, have good source of protein and fibre… avoid having too many carbs after 5pm.. eat lean meats and veges at night.. during the day eat smaller portioned meals.. you cant go wrong. I have leaned up heaps but just doing this… trust me.

probably not. What do you put in yours? In my opinion, if you are going to bed about an hour or so after you workout, then it would probably be best to have a lot of fat in your shake , so that it slows down the protein absorption and allows you to stay in an anabolic state longer as opposed to just using a whey isolate with some water or juice that will lose its effects after about 1 hour.

than is bull….the only way youd lose that kind of weight is from water weight, your body eating muscle, and amybe a TINY bit of fat…carbs are necessary for your body to provide fuel….if you go low calorie/low carb your body will go into a starvation state and actually preserve the fat and look at your muscle as a great big old fuel source….
